Regional Parishes Moving Toward an Inter-Parish Association

The regional parishes of various jurisdictions are moving toward the formation of an IPA (Inter-Parish Association). IPA's are an effort, supported by the Assembly of Bishops, to connect Orthodox of all backgrounds in a locale.
