Wedding of Eugene Ioannou and Lauren Freedman

The Cathedral celebrates the marriage of Eugene Ioannou and Lauren Freedman this Saturday, November 8th at 2:00 PM. A rehearsal will be held Friday, November 7th at 3:30 PM. Eugene and Lauren completed five Pre-Cana sessions with Father Solomon and coordinated with Lauren's Greek Orthodox home parish for her letter of good standing. The service includes the traditional Byzantine rite of crowning, the shared cup, and the triple procession around the ceremonial table. Archbishop Michael, familiar with Greek wedding customs, has been consulted. Please keep Eugene and Lauren in your prayers as they prepare for this sacrament.
