A Parish in Transition: Maintaining Liturgical Life Through 2021-2022

Through 2021 and 2022, the Cathedral maintained its full liturgical schedule. Every major feast was celebrated. Saturday Vespers at 5:00 PM, Sunday Liturgy at 9:30 AM, week after week. Visiting clergy and Fr. Lickwar kept the rhythm going. This is worth noting because it is not a given: parishes in transition can drift, attendance can thin, people can lose the habit. That did not happen here. The community showed up, and the services were served. That faithfulness is the foundation Fr. Solomon arrived to build on in June 2023.
