Unction, the Sacrament of Healing

Unction is the sacrament of healing. All are welcome. Orthodox Christians with any health concerns are encouraged to receive the anointing; it is a sacrament, and therefore the anointing is meant for those who are joined to the church. Confession in the weeks before the anointing is highly suggested for those who have not confessed recently.
