Prostrations at the Great Canon of St. Andrew

The service of the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete is beautiful and unique in the year. It is a long service with many series of prostrations. If you cannot make all the prostrations, I suggest staying kneeling during those times and, if possible, prostrating from the kneeling position.
